ORGANIZATIONAL CONSULTING

I help organizations strengthen clinical quality through clear standards, effective supervision, stronger clinical decision-making, quality monitoring, and practical systems that work in day-to-day practice. The goal is simple: teams know what high-quality practice looks like, leadership can see what’s working and what needs attention, and there is a clear, measurable path for improvement.

COMMON LEADERSHIP FEEDBACK

“I don’t feel like I really know what’s happening clinically unless I’m on the floor seeing it myself.”“Families all want to work with one supervisor. Why is the experience so different depending on who’s leading the team?”“I’ve hired qualified supervisors, but I’m still having to support their clinical decision-making all the time.”“My supervisors know the clinical side, but they’re struggling with the leadership, communication, and professional skills the role requires.”“Our learners are making progress on assessments, but are we actually creating meaningful, individualized programs?”“We invest in professional development, but how do I know it’s actually changing what happens in practice?”“I need to step back from the day-to-day, but I’m not confident the organization is ready without me.”“I want to grow or expand, but I’m not sure our clinical systems and team are ready for it.”“How do I make sure my team has access to quality training, certification, and professional development?”“I want to look at the bigger picture of our clinical quality, but I’m not sure where to start.”

About

Lauren Donovan, BCBA

Lauren Donovan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience in applied behavior analysis. Her career has progressed from working directly with learners and families to supervising and mentoring clinicians, supporting leaders and multidisciplinary teams, and consulting with organizations to strengthen the quality of their services. Her work now spans clinical practice, supervision, leadership development, and organizational consultation across different settings and countries.Originally from New York, Lauren has also lived in Florida and Boston before moving to Dubai in 2019. What began as a short chapter became a much longer one. Living abroad opened the door to working across countries and cultures, as well as building a life that balances professional work with travel and connection. Based in Dubai, she spends much of her time traveling and exploring new places, while supporting organizations through remote collaborations and on-site visits. Her current work focuses on strengthening clinical quality across clinical practice, supervision, leadership, and organizational systems. She takes a collaborative, practical approach, helping organizations understand what is happening, identify priorities, and develop systems and solutions that fit their goals and day-to-day realities.Working across different countries has deepened Lauren’s commitment to expanding access to high-quality behavior-analytic services and supporting the development of strong local clinical capacity. She is particularly passionate about collaborating in regions where access to experienced behavior analysts, supervision, and professional development may be limited.A particular strength of Lauren’s work is translating best practices and clinical literature into practical frameworks, tools, and systems that fit the realities of an organization. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, she considers the people, resources, culture, and existing structures to develop solutions that are both clinically sound and realistic to use.In 2025, Lauren founded LD-BACS to extend this work across organizations and regions. After years of supporting clinical quality from within individual organizations, LD-BACS allows her to work alongside multiple teams, share effective practices more broadly, and support clinicians and organizations in building strong, sustainable clinical services.
